So excited to announce the official dates for Eyes of the Algarve – A Grateful Dead Music Weekend in Lagos, Portugal! September 10-12, 2026

Mike and I have spent our lives attending as many concerts, music events, and festivals as possible but this is the first time we are putting on an entire music event!

The two of us along with some of our local Deadhead friends, Jeff, Carrie, and Jimbo, decided to bring the love and light of the Grateful Dead to our home town of Lagos, located within the beautifully sunny Algarve coast of Portugal.

After so many times of saying “I wish there was more Dead music hear. People would love it!” amongst our local Deadhead group, we all decided…. wait…. why don’t we just make it happen?

We’ve got the dates, venue, and band. All we need are the awesome music fans to join.
